Double Pump
From Wikipaddle
The Double Pump or bow initiation stroke as it is sometimes called is a freestyle kayaking ( aka playboating) technique used to get a kayak vertical on its bow in the water. This move can be preformed on flatwater , eddlines , in a hole or anywhere that the paddler might want to get vertical on their bow.
This move is often the start of a flat water cartwheel or a bow stall.
One example of how to do this can be found [1].
