Water Levels
The water levels of the Ottawa are usually referred to by the OWL/MKC Ottawa River Gauge. "The OWL - Ottawa River Gauge is located on the island, below the Sullivan Island dam, which splits the the Middle and Main channel and provides an accurate level for all rapids on both channels. Gauge information on this table is updated daily from mid-May till mid September (our rafting season) only if there is a significant change in the water level. The level is recorded every time an OWL Rafting Trip passes by." -OWL/MKC Ottawa River Gauge
