Information

An easy class II run from the covered bridge at Knight's Ferry to either the Orangeblossom Rd. Bridge or to the Oak Valley rec takeout. There is one Class II+ rapid at the put in and a number of small wave trains on the rest of the run.

Access

Put-in at Knight's ferry, there is parking near the river or across the bridge in several overflow lots. Take out at Orangeblossom bridge, free parking, on busy days the rangers may ask you to park in the upper lot. The take out at at Oak Valley has less parking, but is almost never full.

Map

The first take out at Orangeblossom bridge is easy to find, the second take out is somewhat difficult to find from the river. It's worth walking down to the river to see where the access is if you choose to take out there.
