I really think organising the page into a single one, with sub-categories for known access points would be a much better way to do it. Ordering them as they come along the river, and posting approximate distances between each stretch. Basically each sub-section should feature a description of the access point (neutral, so it can be viewed as either a get in or a get out), plus details about the section of river downstream of that section until the next access point.
